Rearranging or trimming a PDF page by page is handy for scanned packets, exported slide decks and merged files that came out in the wrong order. After you choose a file, the tool lists every page by its original number. Use the up and down arrows to move a page earlier or later, the X button to remove it, and Add page back to restore a removed page at the end of the list. A line labelled Output order shows exactly which original pages will appear in the new file, and Restore original order resets everything. The selected pages are copied into a brand new PDF in that order. Each page can appear only once, so the tool cannot duplicate a page, and at least one page must remain. Because the result is a fresh document, document-level extras such as bookmarks, interactive form fields and digital signatures may not carry over, so check the output before relying on it. The PDF must be unencrypted, up to 30 MB and 500 pages. The page numbers shown always refer to your original file, so keep it open to identify what you want to keep. Processing happens entirely in your browser.
How to use PDF Page Organizer
- Choose your PDF in the upload area (up to 30 MB and 500 pages).
- Use the up and down arrows beside each Original page to reorder, and the X button to remove pages you do not want.
- Check the Output order line, and use Add page back or Restore original order if you change your mind.
- Click Create PDF, then Download PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Click the X button next to a page to remove it, and the output will leave it out. The counter shows how many pages are kept. If you remove one by mistake, use Add page back to restore it at the end.
No. Each original page can be used once. If you need a repeated page, merge the file with a copy of it using the merge tool instead.
They may not. The chosen pages are copied into a new PDF, so document-level bookmarks, signatures and interactive forms might not be preserved. Page content such as text and images is kept. Always review the result.
Yes. Original page 5 stays labelled 5 even after you move it to the front. Use your source file to identify which pages you want where, and read the Output order line to confirm the final sequence.
No. It is read and rebuilt in your browser, and your original file remains unchanged. A new PDF is created when you download.
