Fill frame crops the image centrally to fit the chosen shape. Fit whole image keeps the entire image and adds white margins. Both preserve proportions. These are editable-image output sizes, not a guarantee that every social platform accepts every preset.
Export uses a white background, including transparent areas. JPEG and WebP use high quality lossy encoding; PNG is lossless. Enlarging a small source image can make it appear softer.
