About Video to WebM
This browser tool plays your local source video and records its frames into a new WebM file. Audio is always removed. It works only when your browser can decode the source and record the selected WebM codec; MP4, MOV and other containers are not universally supported. The longest output side is capped at 1280 pixels, with up to 30 captured frames per second and a requested 2.5 Mbps video bitrate. Actual quality, bitrate and frame timing depend on the device. Export runs in real time, then plays the encoded output to verify its dimensions and duration before allowing download. Allow roughly twice the clip duration. Files stay on your device.
